Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Marketing Team in planning and executing marketing activities.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc marketing reports.
  • Assist in maintaining marketing documents and filing systems.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external customers.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, quotations, and other documentation.

Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing or coordination roles.
  • Fresh grad with internship experience are welcome.
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • Fast learner with a positive attitude.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Passionate about marketing and continuous improvement.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,900.00 per month
