Role Description

This is a hybrid role based in Puchong, with opportunities to work out of office.

The role involves finding leads, assisting clients in navigating financial needs, providing expert guidance on insurance and financial products, and acting as an intermediary between clients and financial service providers.

Key responsibilities include assessing clients' needs, offering tailored insurance solutions, ensuring compliance with policies, and delivering excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with team members to meet performance goals and contribute to the success of the organization.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Insurance practices is an added advantage.
  • Exceptional Communication skills to explain financial and insurance terms to clients clearly
  • Customer Service skills to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, demonstrating both independence and collaboration
  • Previous experience in the insurance or financial sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
  • Talents with Life insurance license or valid unit trust license, are welcome to apply.
Remuneration
  1. Sustainable income stream, 1 successful client sign up, get paid 6 years commission income
  2. Capable candidate will be offered a promotion to next income tier.
  3. Retirement income benefit at age 60 and every year thereafter.
  4. Sales Incentive trip yearly for committed and capable candidates.
