This is not a cold-calling role—leads are generated weekly and require qualification, nurturing, and structured follow-up.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You will guide brand founders and product companies through a consultative, technical sales process similar to a “kitchen renovation” model—understanding scope, budget, formulation needs, and production timelines. This role requires ownership of the full sales cycle, from qualification to deposit collection and handoff to production.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Qualify and manage inbound leads, identifying high-potential opportunities</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Run consultative discovery calls to understand budget, product scope, and manufacturing needs</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Nurture prospects over a 2–3 week sales cycle with consistent follow-ups and clear next steps</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Clearly explain cosmetic manufacturing processes, timelines, pricing structures, and options</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Coordinate with internal lab/production teams to align on feasibility and scope</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Collect deposits and guide clients through contracting and onboarding</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline visibility, and sales forecasts</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p></li></ul><h3>Required Qualifications</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">3+ years of B2B closing experience in cosmetics manufacturing, contract manufacturing, or technical product sales</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proven experience managing inbound leads and nurturing deals through a structured sales cycle</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong ability to explain technical products clearly and confidently on video calls</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Demonstrated ability to independently manage and move deals forward without step-by-step supervision</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral, client-friendly accent</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Must have prior remote work experience, be fluent with remote collaboration tools (such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and have experience working with US or UK-based companies.
