Commercial Customer Service Representative
Job Description:
- Provide order management support for customers in their assigned Zones
- Ensure that they process orders
- Meet special customer requirements, serving as the customer advocate
- Place orders at the proper site
- Follow up with customers on order delays/issues
- Communicate with cross SBU PPG employees and vendors on order statuses
- Learn and retain complex customer and order guidelines
- Responsible for accurate and efficient order management
- Complete excellent customer service by handling customer issues and offer solutions
- Help maintain the quality and integrity of unique customer information within the customer knowledge database
- Log incoming/outgoing customer calls within the PPG Customer Relationship Management Database
Requirements:
- 3+ years B2B Order Management experience
- Experience with Oracle ERP.
- Experience interpreting and responding to customer requests
- Experience for Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook)
- Flexibility to work department hours of operation
- College degree, preferred
- Spanish or French speaking, preferred
