If you're the type of person who likes solving problems, figuring things out on your own, and getting things done without being asked twice, we'd love to meet you.</p><p>You don't need recruiting experience to succeed here. We'll provide the training, mentorship, and tools to help you learn quickly. What matters most is your attitude, work ethic, communication skills, and willingness to learn.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Learn how to identify and engage top talent for some of the most exciting startup companies in the market</li><li>Source candidates using LinkedIn, recruiting platforms, referrals, online communities, and creative outreach strategies</li><li>Reach out to candidates through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and text messages</li><li>Conduct introductory candidate conversations and phone screens</li><li>Take detailed notes and help evaluate candidate fit for open roles</li><li>Support multiple startup clients across engineering, product, sales, operations, and other business functions</li><li>Manage candidate pipelines and keep information organized within our recruiting systems</li><li>Work directly with experienced recruiters, founders, and hiring managers</li><li>Help improve our recruiting processes and contribute new ideas as the company grows</li><li>Learn how startup hiring works from the inside and develop skills that can accelerate your career</li></ul><p><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Recent college graduate or 0–1 years of professional experience</strong></li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail</li><li>Resourceful and willing to find solutions when there's no obvious answer</li><li>Self-starter who takes ownership and follows through</li><li>Comfortable talking with new people and building relationships</li><li>Curious, coachable, and eager to learn</li><li>Interested in startups, technology, entrepreneurship, or recruiting</li><li>Able to manage multiple projects and priorities at once</li></ul><p><strong>Bonus Points</strong></p><ul><li>Internship experience in recruiting, sales, customer service, marketing, business development, or HR</li><li>Leadership experience through clubs, athletics, student organizations, or other extracurricular activities</li><li>Experience using LinkedIn or other professional networking platforms</li><li>Demonstrated examples of taking initiative and making things happen</li></ul><p><strong>What You'll Gain</strong></p><ul><li>Hands-on training in recruiting, sourcing, and startup hiring</li><li>Direct exposure to founders, CEOs, and startup leadership teams</li><li>Mentorship from experienced recruiters</li><li>Rapid career growth opportunities based on performance</li><li>A chance to help build a growing company while developing valuable business and people skills</li></ul><p><strong>Location</strong></p><p>Onsite in San Jose, CA, 4 days per week.</p>
