The Opportunity
We are looking for an exceptionally polished, professional, and service-driven Reception & Administration Coordinator to join our front-of-house team. This is a key role at the heart of the clinic, where you will act as the first point of contact for both patients and clinicians, ensuring a flawless, welcoming experience that reflects our high standards of care and hospitality.
Working Hours
- Tuesday–Thursday: 10:00-19:00 (1-hour break)
- Fridays: 09:00-18:00
- Saturdays: 07:30–16:30

- Excellent written + verbal communication (English)
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a professional and welcoming reception service to all patients, visitors, and clinicians
- Manage appointments, incoming calls, and emails with efficiency and accuracy
- Register new patients and handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
- Provide administrative support to clinicians and process payments efficiently
- Respond calmly and professionally to urgent consultation requests
