General Practitioner (GP) – O&G Focus (Self-Starter)

The Opportunity

Are you a physician who thrives on clinical excellence and business growth? Our clinic is looking for a dedicated General Practitioner with strong O&G experience to join our team in Klang Town.

We are not looking for a "shift-doctor." We are looking for a Growth Partner- someone who is a self-starter, invested in the clinic’s long-term success, and ready to be involved in the day-to-day operations and strategic expansion of the practice.

Job Details

  • Monthly Salary: RM 8,000 – RM 10,000 + Performance Incentives

  • Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Working Days: Monday – Saturday

  • Location: Klang Town, Selangor

Key Responsibilities

  • Specialized Care: Provide high-quality primary care and O&G services, including antenatal follow-ups, ultrasound scans, and women’s health screenings.

  • Clinic Growth: Actively participate in the day-to-day management and identify opportunities to grow the patient base in Klang.

  • Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth clinic flow and maintain high standards of clinical governance and patient documentation.

  • Leadership: Act as a proactive decision-maker within the clinic, treating the practice with an "owner’s mindset."

Requirements

  • Qualifications: Medical Degree with a valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC).

  • Experience: Proven clinical experience in Obstetrics & Gynaecology (O&G) is essential.

  • Mindset: Must be a self-starter—highly motivated to take initiative without constant supervision.

  • Communication: Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Proficiency in Mandarin/Tamil is an added advantage in the Klang area).

  • Commitment: Must be willing to be "invested" in the clinic, contributing to both clinical and administrative success.
