Internship Operation Management
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing simple reports (sales, stock, store performance)
- Update and organize data in Excel
- Help monitor stock levels and highlight basic issues (low stock, overstock)
- Daily Compliance Checks (via photo / system):
- Check bank-in compliance and flag missing or late submissions
- Monitor store replenishment status (in-stock vs out-of-stock)
- Verify promotion execution (display, pricing, POSM) through store photos
- Highlight non-compliance issues to the supervisor
- Support SOP documentation and file organization
- Assist in admin tasks (emails, coordination, follow-ups)
- Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor
- Currently studying Diploma/Degree in Business or related field
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions
- Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Willing to learn and take ownership
- Based at Manjaku HQ Putrajaya
Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
