Internship Operation Management

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist in preparing simple reports (sales, stock, store performance)
  2. Update and organize data in Excel
  3. Help monitor stock levels and highlight basic issues (low stock, overstock)
  4. Daily Compliance Checks (via photo / system):
  • Check bank-in compliance and flag missing or late submissions
  • Monitor store replenishment status (in-stock vs out-of-stock)
  • Verify promotion execution (display, pricing, POSM) through store photos
  • Highlight non-compliance issues to the supervisor
  1. Support SOP documentation and file organization
  2. Assist in admin tasks (emails, coordination, follow-ups)
  3. Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor

Requirements
  • Currently studying Diploma/Degree in Business or related field
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions
  • Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Willing to learn and take ownership
  • Based at Manjaku HQ Putrajaya
Job Type: Internship Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
