<p style="margin-top:0px"><b>Lead Consultant – Education Sector Analysis & Planning (Egypt)</b><br></p><p style="margin-top:0px"></p><div><b>Location:</b> Remote with potential travel to Egypt<br></div><div> <b>Contract Type:</b> Consultancy (project-based)<br></div><p></p><p style="margin-top:0px"><b>About the Opportunity</b><br></p><p style="margin-top:0px">We are seeking an experienced <b>Lead Consultant</b> to lead a high-profile international education programme supporting the Ministry of Education and Technical Education in Egypt.<br></p><p style="margin-top:0px">This assignment will deliver technical assistance to strengthen institutional capacity for:<br></p><ul style="margin-top:0cm"><li style="">Education Sector Analysis (ESA)<br></li><li style="">Education Sector Planning (ESP)<br></li><li style="">Implementation, monitoring, and reform delivery<br></li></ul><p style="margin-top:0px">The work will involve close collaboration with government stakeholders and international partners to support evidence-based, sustainable education reform.<br></p><p style="margin-top:0px"><b>Role Overview</b><br></p><p style="margin-top:0px">The Lead Consultant will provide overall technical leadership and strategic direction for the programme.
