Management Executive / Trainee (FIT OUT)

A Fit Out Executive manages the design, construction, and renovation process of tenant spaces (often retail, F&B, or offices) to ensure timely completion, high-quality standards, and compliance with building regulations. They act as the primary liaison between tenants, contractors, and management, coordinating approvals, site inspections, and handing over premises.

Key Responsibilities

  • Tenant Coordination: Reviewing tenant submissions, providing technical support, and ensuring designs comply with mall/building standards.
  • Site Management: Conducting site visits, monitoring construction progress, and enforcing site safety standards.
  • Project Management: Managing multiple fit-out projects, managing schedules, and coordinating with consultants, contractors, and internal departments (leasing, M&E).
  • Final Inspection: Conducting final walk-throughs, ensuring compliance, and handling unit handover to operations.
  • Documentation: Reviewing M&E drawings and keeping records of renovations
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
