Description
U.S. Citizenship.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
Bachelor’s degree in Planning/Program Management, Business or Public Administration, Technical Management, or a related discipline; or ten (10) years of specialized experience leading a large‑scale records program or operation.
Ten (10) years of overall project management experience, including at least five (5) years supporting Government contracts.
Demonstrated record of successful Program Management.
Experience managing complex, high‑dollar programs valued at $20M or more annually.
Proven ability to meet deadlines and lead multi‑site project activities with flexibility and sound problem‑solving judgment.
Experience engaging senior Government officials and field leadership
Responsibilities
Lead the full life cycle management of a multi‑year, multi‑location Government contract.
Direct complex, high‑value programs exceeding $20 million annually, ensuring alignment with contract performance goals.
Coordinate planning, scheduling, implementation, and resource management across program operations.
Build, mentor, and sustain a strong support team to ensure operational excellence.
Engage routinely with senior Government stakeholders, including field leadership and management officials.
Provide timely, analytical reporting, briefings, and responses to Government inquiries.
Identify, recommend, and implement improvements to quality, cost efficiency, and operational processes.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:
Extensive analytical skill, including the ability to produce complex statistical analyses, cost estimates, and comprehensive program reports.
Excellent oral and written communication capabilities, including experience delivering business briefings and executive‑level presentations.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills to coordinate activities with contractor staff and Government stakeholders.
Demonstrated adaptability, flexibility, and problem‑solving capability in fast‑paced environments.
