In this role, you will own pipeline generation through a combination of strategic outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification across B2B and B2C markets. If you thrive in a target-driven, activity-focused setting and have hands-on experience in outbound sales and prospect engagement, we want to hear from you.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><br><strong>What You'll Do</strong><br>Execute high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calling, email, and social channels to build and maintain a qualified pipeline.<br>Respond to and qualify inbound leads sourced from marketing initiatives, ensuring timely and accurate follow-up.<br>Lead discovery conversations with prospects to uncover needs, identify fit, and move opportunities forward in the sales cycle.<br>Schedule and hand off qualified meetings and product demos to the closing sales team.<br>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities, leads, and outcomes within the CRM.<br>Operate within established sales processes, cadences, and messaging frameworks while bringing creative prospecting ideas to the table.<br>Support and guide junior team members by sharing outreach strategies and pipeline development best practices.<br>Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly activity targets and opportunity creation goals.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><br><strong>Required Qualifications</strong><br>Experience in B2B and/or B2C outbound sales, prospecting, or lead generation is mandatory.<br>Demonstrated ability to manage and convert high volumes of outbound and inbound activity efficiently and consistently.<br>Prior experience working remotely, with fluency in remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar; candidates without prior remote work experience will not be considered.<br>Proven ability to execute outbound cold calling and multi-channel written prospecting at volume.<br>Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent.<br>Strong written and verbal communication skills with a pipeline-first, results-driven mindset.<br></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Nice to Have</strong><br>Experience with inbound lead qualification or structured appointment setting workflows.<br>Familiarity with sales engagement and sequencing tools such as Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, or similar.<br>Exposure to multi-channel outreach strategies and iterative messaging testing.<br>Experience in a senior, lead, or peer-mentorship capacity within an outbound sales function.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><br><strong>Please NOTE</strong> It is crucial that you complete the application form in full.
