We are seeking a highly analytical Financial Analyst with solid experience as a Transformation Cost-Benefit Analysis Lead to oversee the financial economics of a massive portfolio of enterprise projects. This is a client-facing role, and you will be the analytical engine behind a portfolio of approximately 150 ongoing technology and business transformation initiatives.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Independently run and manage complex cost-benefit calculations for a portfolio of roughly 150 transformation and technology projects, tracking both implementation and ongoing costs.</li><li>Track and analyze the financial impacts of specific transformation initiatives, particularly technology implementations/decommissioning, data stream/hub setups, and US-to-Offshore headcount shifts.</li><li>Act as the crucial bridge between project teams and the client’s finance department. Understand the financial roll-up of all projects, determine how much should be recognized at given points in time, and clearly translate how benefits and expenses should be accrued so the client's finance team can execute the journal entries. </li><li>Drive work initiatives independently with minimal to no day-to-day managerial oversight. Take full ownership of the CBA documentation and portfolio financial tracking.</li><li>Present complex financial analysis directly to senior client stakeholders. You must be highly polished, confident, and knowledgeable, providing absolute clarity on project numbers and economics.</li><li>Maintain a rigorous, meticulous approach to data. The client expects flawlessly executed analysis with zero tolerance for minor calculation or reporting errors.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Minimum of 8 years of experience in project portfolio management, financial analysis, transformation economics, or management consulting.</li><li>Bachelor’s Degree preferred</li><li>Advanced Excel skills is required; capable of building, managing, and manipulating complex financial models, large datasets, and CBA documents quickly and accurately.</li><li>Strong domain knowledge of financial principles (accruals, expense vs. benefit tracking)</li><li>Demonstrated ability to produce highly accurate, error-free work under pressure.</li><li>Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills.<br><br></li></ul><em>KPMG LLP (“KPMG”) seeks a contractor in the United States to provide service to KPMG through one of our contracted employer/agency service providers.
