Web Designer bilingual - remoto

We act as a strategic bridge, specializing in identifying and placing professionals with international organizations across Mexico, LATAM, and the U.S.</p><p>We are currently seeking talent for the following position:</p><p><strong>Web Designer (Mobile-First Focus)</strong></p><p><strong>Experience:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Minimum of 3 years of experience in web design.</p></li><li><p>Strong portfolio showcasing mobile-first design, with a solid web design component.</p></li><li><p>Hands-on experience with WordPress, including Divi, Elementor, or other WYSIWYG editors, as well as plugins.</p></li><li><p>Experience creating and modifying CSS.</p></li><li><p>Proven experience designing mobile-first user experiences.</p></li><li><p>Understanding of, or strong interest in, accessibility and UX design principles.</p></li><li><p>Experience in website maintenance: content updates, image optimization, text editing, graphics, and custom assets/plugins.</p></li><li><p>Ability to troubleshoot websites and resolve defects while adhering to quality and industry standards.</p></li><li><p>Experience using AI tools to support web design processes.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Technical Skills:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator).</p></li><li><p>WordPress (including Divi).</p></li><li><p>Microsoft Office Suite (including Teams).</p></li><li><p>Basic understanding of CSS and JavaScript.</p></li><li><p>Experience with Wrike or similar project management tools is a plus.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Language:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Advanced conversational English (ability to effectively collaborate with international teams).</p></li></ul><p><strong>Location:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Remote (within Mexico).</p></li></ul><p><strong>We Offer:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Competitive salary.</p></li><li><p>Attendance and punctuality bonuses.</p></li><li><p>Statutory benefits (IMSS, vacation, Christmas bonus).</p></li><li><p>Additional benefits: life insurance, funeral insurance, major and minor medical insurance.</p></li></ul><p>If you meet the profile, please send your CV to the indicated email, including your salary expectations and the position title in the subject line.</p><p>For more information: karina.salazar@dresdenpartners.com</p><p></p>
